Block Grove does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, mailing address, contacts, photos, or precise location to play.

If an ad-supported version of Block Grove is offered, our advertising provider, Google AdMob, may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, general location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. That processing is governed by Google’s own privacy practices and the consent choices presented on your device where required.

Game progress and settings may be kept on your device. Technical crash or performance information may be processed to keep the game stable and improve it. We do not use this information to build a personal profile of you.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate, support, advertise, or improve the game, or when required by law. We keep support messages only as long as reasonably needed to answer your request and maintain appropriate business records.

You can limit ad tracking through your device settings and may reset your advertising identifier. You can also contact us to ask about information you have provided directly to Hart & Soul Games, or to request deletion where applicable.

Block Grove is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We may update this policy as the game or its services change; the effective date above will be revised when we do.
